I read City of Ember and it was fantastic! It is about a boy and girl named Doon and Lina. They get jobs on something called "assignment day". They are only twelve years old. The lights go out in the city for a long period of time. They are suspicious and need to warn the city. But at the last second, they get grabbed by Mayor Cole. What will they do? You will have to read the book to find out!
