How to roast pumpkin seeds

Pumpkins are a symbol of fall. Some people even eat the seeds. So if your hungry for more recipes, here is one for you.
1)Rinse pumpkin seeds under cold water and pick out the pulp.
2)Place the pumpkin seeds in a single layer on an oiled baking sheet.
3)Sprinkle with salt and bake at 325 degrees F, for about 25 minutes. Stir them 10 minutes after you take them out of the oven.
4) Let cool and store it in a container.

They are so good everyone should try it!!
