INGREDIENTS
* 1 Cup Of Liquid (apple juice or other.)
* 2 Tablespoons of sugar
* 1 Scoop of Protein (optional)
* Fresh Fruit (strawberries, blueberries ext.)
* 1 cup of ice
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, blend juice, sugar, fruit, ice, and protein (if added) together until smooth. If your smoothie needs anything else add it then. When you are done get a cup, pour, and take a sip.
