Quick Fudge Brownies
INGREDIENTS:
4- 1oz. bars Hershey’s baking chocolate
3/4 cup of butter
2 cups of white sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla (teaspoon)
1 cup of flour
1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
1 cup of Nestle’s chocolate bits

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan by lining it with foil. Place chocolate and butter in large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 1 1/2 - 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred with a spoon. Add sugar to the chocolate/ butter mixture and stir until well blended. Beat eggs in a measuring cup with a fork and add to mixture. Add vanilla, flour, nuts, and chocolate bits. Stir until well mixed. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted comes out almost clean. Cool completely, pull on foil to remove brownies before cutting.
Tropical Fruit Salad
INGREDIENTS: (you can put in any fruits you want to)
1 lb. strawberry
1/4 lb. blackberry
1 mango
1 lime
mint (optional)
sugar

Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half. Peel and cube the mango. Then, gently mix the strawberries, mango pieces, and blackberries. Finally, squeeze a lime on top, sprinkle some sugar, and add a hint of mint.
Greek Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
2 medium tomatoes
1 medium bell pepper
1 cup of pitted kalamata olive
100 grams of crumbled feta cheese (or 3.5 ounces)
1 small red onion
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup of tomato sauce (make sure that you have enough to cover the whole pizza dough
1 large pizza dough (can be bought pre-made)

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Then roll out dough on a lightly floured surface. Transfer the baking and bake until puffed and beginning to color which is about 8 - 10 minutes. Spread the pizza sauce over the pizza crust and top with tomatoes, peppers, onions, and olives. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted. Sprinkle feta cheese and bake for 2 - 3 minutes.
