The eighth grade girls volleyball team won their first two games in the start of the season. They won against Hawthorn North and Wauconda. The team led with great serving by Jenny Ham, Becca Feld, and Maureen Ofiara. The team had some rocky times like in the first game of the Wauconda game. The score ended up being 27-25 with a Hawthorn Win. But the team also had some very good times. Like in the second Wauconda game. Becca Feld served 12 serves in a row which made the score 25-3 with a Hawthorn win. This volleyball team is in for a great season so come and support them. Their next home game in Monday, January 29, 2007. GO EAGLES!
