By.Brittany Maslov, Grade 7
This year the 7th grade boys basketball has been really great. With some of the best 7th grade boys, this season has gotten off to a great start. I asked Coach Todd a few questions about the season.
Coach Todd:
B:How is the season going?
CT:Really well! We're working as a team, and were having fun.
B:Whats your record?
CT:5-1
B:How has your team improved?
CT:Better chemistry.
B: What are some of the strengths you have this year that you didn't have last year?
CT:(Long pause,hard question)Distribution of the ball.
B:What's the hardest team you played so far?
CT:Barrington Station.
B: What team are you not looking forward to playing?
CT:We'll play any team, at any time... we're not scared!
B: Why did you choose to coach 7th grade boys basketball?
CT:I Love the sport and I used to play.
B: Dan Tropple, who is on the 7th grade boys basketball team(his coach is Coach Todd), wanted to throw in a little humor. (This is for you Tropple:-) Who was the lead point scorer in Mondays game?
CT:Dan Tropple, with a lucky 3 pointer that almost gave me a heart attack!
